The Flower Theory strives to provide excellent customer service. Therefore, we understand your concerns about security and proper fulfillment of any order placed online, via telephone, or in our shop. 

The following statement explains our terms of service, how our subscriptions work, and discloses our Return and Refund Policy. 

Fresh Material 
The Flower Theory makes every effort possible to match requests for colors, varieties, sizes and quantities of fresh floral materials and the client understands that those fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature.

Flowers are seasonal and not all flowers are available throughout the year. We strive to honor each of the four seasons and use what is readily available locally.

We personally hand pick all of our own flowers from local vendors at the S.F. Flower Market and local Bay Area farms.

Flower Substitutions 
The Flower Theory reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. The Flower Theory arrangements are all one of a kind! 

Each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season. 

Cancellation Policy 
Things happen! We understand and have you covered! Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch to let you know how we can help.

Help your flowers live longer by keeping out of any direct light & away from air vents. Fresh cool water should be added every day.  

Each flower is unique and just as in nature some will last longer than others. Don't let this spoil the arrangement and simply remove those that fade first. These can be replaced by greenery or flowers from your own yard.

Some flowers may simply droop or soften due to other flowers hogging their water source. In some cases if acted upon quickly this can be rectified by simply removing the flower, giving it a fresh cut and its own water source for a bit and than putting it back in the arrangement.

By day 5 or 6 based on how the arrangment is performing, we recommend pulling the healthy & living greenery and flowers, giving them a fresh cut and place in a small bud vase with fresh water to enjoy at your bedside.
