All of out arrangements are one of kind and made to order.  Based on seasonally available flowers we leave it to our designers to make the best choices for you. We use only the best flowers and consider our design style one that evokes individuality & luxury. All of our arrangements are made to be 360 degrees of fresh seasonal blooms. 

Our small size is made in a simple white reusable bowl and each upgrade adds custom containers, luxury blooms and a size increase. All photos are simply examples of past work and here only for you as a guide.  We do not copy even our own work and can not guarantee exact flowers or containers based on seasonal availability.   

Any and all notes for the designers to customize your piece can be added at check out.  

Please note, all white arrangements will be smaller in size than color, as white flowers have a higher cost due to fragility & demand in the industry. 

Policy

The Flower Theory strives to provide excellent customer service. Therefore, we understand your concerns about security and proper fulfillment of any order placed online, via telephone, or in our shop. 

The following statement explains our terms of service, how our subscriptions work, and discloses our Return and Refund Policy. 

Fresh Material 
The Flower Theory makes every effort possible to match requests for colors, varieties, sizes and quantities of fresh floral materials and the client understands that those fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature.

Flowers are seasonal and not all flowers are available throughout the year. We strive to honor each of the four seasons and use what is readily available locally.

We personally hand pick all of our own flowers from local vendors at the S.F. Flower Market and local Bay Area farms.

Flower Substitutions 
The Flower Theory reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. The Flower Theory arrangements are all one of a kind! 

Each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season. 

Cancellation Policy 
Things happen! We understand and have you covered! Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch to let you know how we can help.

Care information

Help your flowers live longer by keeping out of any direct light & away from air vents. Fresh cool water should be added every day.  

As certain individual flowers begin to fade, we recommend removing them to keep the other flowers as fresh as can be.
